Creamy Cantelope Frappe
Frappe is a great drink which is really enjoyable
during the long hot days of the summer. It also has a unique creamy taste which
many people like a lot. Not to mention that it’s incredibly easy to make and
will provide you with the needed freshness during the hotness.
In order to make the frappe you will need:
- Three cups full of cubed cantelope, without the seeds (about 750 ml);
- One and a half cups full of cold milk (about 375 ml);
- A big scoop of vanilla ice-cream;
- One and a half teaspoons of lemon juice (about 7 ml);
How to do it:
Just put the ice cream, the milk, the lemon juice and the cantelope in the container of the blender. Then turn the blender to high speed and blend until you get a smooth creamy mixture. Serve it immediately before it warms up. Frappe is a great choice which will provide you with a lot of freshness when you need it the most.
